Congratulations to Beth Mead, who was selected as our Player of the Month for September.
Our number 9 has been in exceptional form during the first four games of the 2022/23 season, scoring three goals and assisting twice.
Meade finished our poll with more than 50 percent of the vote, followed by Vivian Miedema in 2nd, Lia Valti in 3rd and Rafaelle Souza in 4th.
Fresh from winning Euro 2022 and the Player of the Tournament trophy, Mead returned to club football in style, assisting Stina Blackstenius to score twice in our 4-0 win over Brighton.
The England international then won a penalty in our 2-1 win over Ajax, before opening the scoring and assisting Rafael in the north London derby (4-0).
