Local real estate auctions are taking place in Milton soon.

The auction for Rick Woods and Local Estates takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 5:00 p.m.
In the Farming Hall at Milton Fairgrounds

It offers royalty souvenirs such as old carnival glass pieces. Oil lamps, collection plates, and lots of silver plate items.

It also contains copper and brass items. Prints and photos, LP records, jewelry, and more.

There are also more than 15 tote boxes packed 12 years ago, and there will be more surprises on sale day.

The preview and registration will begin one hour before the sale.
