French bakery and cafe Choc•O•Pain announced Friday that it is opening its fifth Hudson County area location later this month in Jersey City.
Located at 244 St. Paul’s Ave., the new cafe occupies the street-level retail space and a well-appointed lobby lounge at Le Léo, the new 99-unit luxury rental building developed by Park Stone Management and Fields Grade.
Owner Clemence Danko explains: “Thanks to the loyalty of our customers, we’ve seen steady expansion since opening the first Choc•O•Pain in Hoboken in 2012. We’re excited to be a part of the growing Journal Square scene, while provide a special amenity for the residents of Le Léo. Now the whole neighborhood can enjoy our daily, fresh bread, cakes and cafe items.”
As with the other four Choc•O•Pain locations, guests will be able to order through the website for convenient collection or delivery. Catering for business or private events is also available.
Choc•O•Pain’s Le Léo location (and entrance) is just off John F. Kennedy Boulevard and is less than a 10 minute walk to the Journal Square PATH station – perfect for grab and go.
Guests can look forward to enjoying Choc•O•Pain’s signature house breads, French pastries, tarts, cakes and croissants, breakfast and lunch items, and even gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian specialities. French specialty food items such as artisanal chocolates, macarons, candies and Alain Milliat jams will also be available.
