Nelson described his first visit to the home when he walked into the yard under a canopy of mature trees, saw the outbuildings and thought, “this might be interesting.” Although it’s called Main Street, it’s a bit more like a country road, sort of between the Bass River and large swathes of conservation land, with historic buildings around.
“This is how the Cape used to be,” Nelson said.
